Hello, my backup failed (backupexec 2010), and I ran the "VSSADMIN LIST WRITERS" shows failed
Exchange 2007+ sp3 +windows server 2008 starter (not R2) Writer name: 'Microsoft Exchange Writer' Writer Id: {76fe1ac4-15f7-4bcd-987e-8e1acb462fb7} Writer Instance Id: {c5783c98-6f46-4b2f-9578-1f8ad2b1f036} State: [9] Failed Last error: Timed out This happend several times and the backup failed, I restarted the server, it will work, but it will fail agian. This last for several weeks. Now I couldn't let the micosoft exchange writer go to a stable state. Need help.

Hi Jason, Since your backup tool is from Symantec, it is better for you to contact Symantec for help.
